How fulfillment works
- We produce most items on demand with our print partner. Fulfillment time is typically 2–7 business days (apparel 2–5; accessories 2–7).
- Your delivery time = Fulfillment time + Shipping time.
Estimated shipping times
- United States: 3–7 business days after fulfillment
- Canada: 5–10 business days after fulfillment
- Europe/UK: 5–10 business days after fulfillment
- Rest of world: 7–20 business days after fulfillment
Note: Estimates exclude weekends/holidays and may vary due to carrier delays or peak seasons.
Shipping rates and carriers
- Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and carrier availability.
- Carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and local postal services.
Order tracking
- You’ll receive a tracking link by email when your order ships.
- If your tracking hasn’t updated within 48 hours of the estimated delivery window, contact us at services@thephoenixparadigm.com.
Split shipments
- To speed delivery, items in the same order may ship separately. You’ll receive a tracking link for each shipment.
Wrong address or undeliverable packages
- Please verify your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees may apply.
Lost, stolen, or delayed shipments
- Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, we’re not responsible for stolen packages. If your package is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the last tracking update and we’ll assist with a claim or replacement where possible.
Customs, duties, and taxes (international orders)
- International orders may incur customs fees, duties, or taxes set by your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included at checkout.
Pre‑orders and backorders (if applicable)
- Estimated ship dates are provided on product pages. Your card is charged at checkout to reserve inventory.
Delivery issues
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email a photo and order number to services@thephoenixparadigm.com within 7 days of delivery. We will replace or refund eligible items.
